Maitland Regional Art Gallery invites you to join us for the official opening of CrownLand.
Bringing together artists as friends and collaborators, CrownLand is a reflection on conversations that continue to take place across the country fueled by an uneasy humour, the uncomfortable and the unreconciled.
Please join us as we launch this exhibition alongside artists Vincent Namatjira, Ben Quilty, Andrew Quilty, Megan Cope, Jake Chapman and Karla Dickens.
Special performance by rock legend Jeremy Whiskey.
This event is Auslan sign interpreted. The Gallery is wheelchair accessible.
Free. All welcome.
This event is sponsored by Hungerford Hill Estate and Heaps Normal and our wonderful friends at the Rotary Club of Maitland Sunrise who will be serving up the Barbie!
Maitland Regional Art Gallery exhibitions use PERMAPLASTIK paints by Colormaker.
