REDBASE proudly introduces ROYGBIV Projects and HOUSE OF UNICORNS ROYGBIV PROJECTS functions as an emerging youth program by REDBASE. Working out of Eora (the Sydney region), the program aims to promote young emerging artists through alternative community events across art, music and performance – innovating across the contemporary landscape. Growing from Redbase’s existing and thriving artistic foundation, the program aims to spearhead and support a new era of emerging creatives. The program invites young curators and artists to coordinate events with Redbase, utilising a new generational mindset and approach to generate stimulating conversations about the function and power of art in our ever-evolving creative scene. HOUSE OF UNICORNS is the first exhibition and event by ROYGBIV, presented in celebration of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras 2024.
