Opening on January 19, between 6PM-8PM is Passage’s inaugural 2024 exhibition TECTONIC by Kien Situ.
Drawing on his architectural background, tectonics refer to how matter is connected; or, how it is wilfully separated. For his solo exhibition, Kien Situ’s TECTONIC embodies motion and change, acknowledging deep and momentous movements over distance and time. This thematic exploration echoes Situ’s diasporic experiences, shaped by his immigrant and refugee heritage in Australia.
Please join us next Friday 19 January between 6PM-8PM to celebrate the opening of Kien Situ’s monumental exhibition TECTONIC.
This project is supported by the NSW Government through Create NSW, the City of Sydney Creative Grants and the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body.
